Called several times. Promised calls back about my dad...nothing. Adult care team, Haverhill. Know you're under pressure but don't promise call backs and don't. Dad needs urgent help now.

Regarding social services for help with disabled people. Am being sent round in circles. No support. Asked them for complaints procedure which they can't seem to tell me.?? It really concerns me that disabled or vulnerable people are out there suffering without support even when they ask for help. Very sad.

Would be great if they actually answered their phones! And they wonder why there are people out there who do themselves over. Too little too late!

My ex violently attacked me in front of my children. She is abusive and I want her to stop contacting me. I wouldn’t care if kids wouldn’t be involved. I have contacted their team to report neglect towards my children. Suddenly I get call from my ex and she stated me that Emily (our kids social worker) will contact me next day. When Emily contacted me I was clear that I don’t want my ex to contact me and inform me when I will receive a call from MASH. So Emily contacted me today and I have told her that all about it and asked to keep professional diligence in corresponding with parents due to toxicity. But she hang up. This organisation is very much bias and doesn’t understand how to keep both parents separated. They put more gasoline instead and make even harder to deal with problems when it comes to kids. a STOP BEING BIAS AND START BEING PROFESSIONAL… It is about children… I don’t know how to deal with them. They just make everything many times worse and they don’t like complaints as they told me I have to speak with Emily first. It is absurd how they approach issues. I wonder if they do the same when the victim of domestic violence is woman. This organisation is shambles and it must change as it is not fit for purpose

I am disabled with breathing and mobility difficulties, also sole carer of a disabled child, who is unable to leave the house. Applied for a needs assessment 8 months ago, still have had no response - appalling service!

Less than one star . Useless ! Trying to find out about my daughter's hospital appt today. She has smeh issues . Now in independant placement . After 2 yrs in secure units. Not allowed up until her 16 birthday to go out With out two staff members. Now unsupervised . Great service. Amy Lake current social worker. . Talks the talk like anyone who Did a free degree. Useless ! Hopeless and putting vulnerable children at risk on a daily basis . Paying private employment agencies like 16plus to take the burden of teenagers not prepared for the outside world .

Have gone behind my mum and dad's backs and have lied and tricked us, talked about my parents to someone who hasn't got the right to have any say in what happens and took my dad in to care home and told us he will only be in a month to get him mobile again which was a lie. I thinks it's absolutely disgraceful and they need to look at their staff properly, this person that has done this should not be working in this job, disgusting

I am 92 years old , living in rented housing. trying to change from bath to shower ,had an assessment some weeks ago a was told a bath board would work heard nothing ,so rang again was given April 8th for a further visit as I said I needed a shower room. No one turned up , no explanation so tried to ring them was put on call back ,sitting by the phone for a second day waiting! have slipped when getting out of the bath twice , not too much damage. I will contact my solicitor if i actually hurt myself .
