They need to address their priorities.

I reported a household near me first thing yesterday morning at 9am (the house has a violent history) because their small child was being subjected to shouting and screaming. I said it was urgent and still now, two full working days later it is still ongoing and nobody has addressed it!

Disgusting.

They should also not record their phone calls as it puts off people reporting. Last year I reported the same household and the social worker who visited (well after a week) told them it was me who reported them and then I was subject to their verbal abuse.
