Argos Exeter Stone Lane Retail Park

This was from another store, but same company.
I just want to say that, they should check that the employees are not being sexist.
I was watching my dad get a present for my little brothers birthday (he likes L.O.L. dolls) so my dad picked it up and the lady at the desk said “who’s this for?” my dad replied “ oh it’s for my son.” and the lady said “son?!!? “ and gave us a dirty look. This is very sexist and would like to report it.
My little brother was heart broken when he heard. This can cause trauma.

The reason why 3 stars because I love Argos 😝.

Even 1 star this store deserves Very bad delivery service very bad customers service on phone not give me a choice for delivery or offer for contact the deliver drive for deliver my item… this place don’t care about the customer 😷 I order I pay for deliver same day and last minute cancelled my deliver because just the delivery driver not had felling for finish his job … never again 😷🤮🤮 and the lady on phone just said I’m afraid if the customer buy and pay for deliver on same day it s because it need the item asap 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Only popped in to buy something small but was unsure if it had the correct fitting that I required. Was served by a customer service assistant called Harry. He could not of been more helpful. Seemed like he genuinely wanted to make sure I did not purchase an item that was unsuitable for the task. Well done.

I bought a swimming pool and and a asked a scruffy looking chap working there if I needed a pump he replied I don't know I haven't got one !!
I said well can you ask another member of staff for me he replied no I'm busy you should you tube it !!

I replied to him your not very helpful and he shook his head

Disgusting customer service

Good parking space and the employees are very friendly and fast in attending to customers. I spent less than 5 mins in the store.

Never a bad experience here , staff work tirelessly to make sure everyone is looked after and orders are received promptly , I recently took back an ee router due to issues and the guy who served me had a great can do attitude and helped me out , I would recommend this store

Useless, “driver broke down!” No contact to sdvise, asked what would happen if I did not chase” would have cancelled the order!” Great customer service, not! Avoid

Polite staff who wished me Happy New Year and things are actually in stock on the day unlike Curry’s. Customer service was poor before but they improved in recent years.
