Argos Sittingbourne (Inside Sainsbury's)

Hi I brought a phone from Argos store with home delivery and they say I will receive my item tomorrow but my item didn't arrive and I call them to se what happened and the excuse from them is the item was not in stock and I need to wait another 2 weeks for it. And in store they did tell me the phone is in stock with the recipe informed and text message your item is on its way on next day. I am very disappointed 🙁

Excellent customer service order online pick up in store no waiting,get there for 8am...

I normally have no issues with Argos but with this one in particular, I was promised a home delivery after paying in store. It was only after calling Argos to check if the delivery was coming that I was told that the home depot hadn't received the order. The store hadn't sent the order off!!! This was my first delivery purchase from Argos, probably the last.

So if I hadn't phoned, I'd have been waiting all day at home for a non existent delivery. Very disappointing, I received my refund in store which again was a long winded process, not worth the hassle, there wasn't exactly an apology only an acknowledgement that I would be refunded.

I have just had my new fridge freezer delivered.. The two delivery guys were really polite, respectful.. And just a real pleasure.. So make sure those guys know please ❤️

If you go late in the day it's so nice and quiet and their is still plenty of stock on the shelves

Always quick at locating my order, tills and catalogue stations are always clean and tidy.
Staff mostly smiley and helpful.

NEVER buy any white goods from them i brought a cooker from them it lasted 4 days.

Speedy service, easy to locate, and seemed to be clean and presentable. Only down side 4 members of staff just stood chatting and leaning on the walls and talking about a night out they where planning.
