Argos Balham

Always friendly service. Credit to the management and teams here, I’ve visited several times and everyone is helpful. The stock levels are good. Parking is usually possibly in Tesco’s.

Most awful experience, I wouldn’t even rate one star, had a African lady I believe at the till, I asked for a refund on my charger and straight away declined without hearing me out, luckily the manager was so decent and understanding I told him the issue but unfortunately the uneducated staff member came back to argue and bicker about the charger. The manager tried to get her to stay quiet but she continued with her rude attitude. I believe the manager of this store needs to move to a better store that will respect him. Because she puts down good workers like him with her foul attitude. She clearly doesn’t deserve to work there and has no customer service skills. Won’t be going in that store against due to her foul and unnecessarily behaviour. Luckily I work for the local councils around there and have shared my experience with them in order to make sure they do not attend that store and come across such individual.

There is too members of staffs not sure if this is how there names spell Rohan he was very excellent in is roll away smileing. The next staff is Shenell she work on the till she was very helpful and friendly. I wish everyone whould be like them , i hope they kèep up the excellent work that they are doing.

This particular Argos on the high street has been there for decades and decades.
It has become part of the high Street but with the developments in online shopping it is difficult to know whether this store Will survive or not.
Sainsbury's who owns Argos have begun to move some of the high Street shops in to the Sainsbury's supermarket.

No doubt the staff are helpful. This store is not as busy as it used to be all those decades ago because of online shopping.

There is local pay and display parking available if you need it but it's not huge.

Shout-out to Dikesha for excellent customer service. My Fitbit kept disconnecting and she was kind enough to understand the issue but also solved it immediately by offering a return.

This is not of the store itself as the staff theree have been fine with me. However I orderd a Chruistams tree form Argos and as it dod not arrive I have just been notifed I would be refunded how I stayed in on the day it was due, then the next day as Yodel the company delivering said to do so, Then Yodel claimed to have deliverd ot to a nigthbour, The good thind is I have beed refunded but the face that I stayed in two whold days before Christmas and that I was initially not belived when I said nthe tree did not arrive , howver apar from my refund ntohing for the considerable inconvenience I was put to. As I said nthe staff here are fine from my point of view bit if I were you I would not trust argos to deliver a product anymore

This Argos is amazing, but I only gave it 4 stars for one reason; at times, it can be hard to find parking. Apart from that, this Argos is perfect for a quick pick-up.

Why is this place called Argos Balham, the Argos nearest to Balham is in Sainsbury's next to the station... This should be Argos Tooting Bec!!! Also, if anyone from the company sees this, when you go to click and collect from the Sainsbury's Argos in Balham, instead of the collection code just showing invalid, would be really helpful if it told you that you are in the wrong location for pickup and where the correct one is.
