I always have a great experience at Elys, but today was especially great. I dropped by the lingerie department and asked if they could do a fitting without appointment. Brenda the sales assistant was brilliant. Not only advised me on sizing, but also proactively suggested some styles that would suit me (post baby and breastfeeding). She even offered to give me a call when some more stock came in. Great service!
Things that make Elys special: the cafe, excellent baby change & toilet set up, beauty dept, lingerie dept, good range of premium high street womenswear brands (Whistles, Hush, White Company) and Gina Conway hairdressing and spa treatments.

Ordered an item for next day delivery which didn’t arrive. Called the store only to be passed around. Finally, spoke to someone, who was apparently dealing with the order, only for them to put the phone down on me after being on hold for 15mins. Tried calling back but the person kept cancelling the call. The only way stores like this can survive is with excellent customer service. This is far from excellent customer service.

Elys is my local (I live around the corner), and I shop here a lot. I like the products, and I feel the merchandise has improved a lot in the last six months. However, customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Sometimes the service on the ground floor is better than on the top floors, but the majority of staff are so miserable. Even though I’m polite and spend money (without asking irritating questions), they often treat me as if I’m being a nuisance by asking them to put a payment through, for example. The customer service really needs to improve, and fast.

Elys brings class to SW19.. Since leaving around this area, I have seen the changes over the years. Selection of shops has changed over the years to cater new trends and stay relevant with the locals. There are high end cosmetic products and clothes. I could spend hours checking the houseware areas. You can find plenty of gems and fantastic designs there without going to a trip to the West End shops. Ending my day in Wimbledon is always a ME time at the fancy cafe area in the third floor.. today is my birthday and here's my scrumptious cake!

Love Ely's especially now with no debenhams. It's close to me so I can just pop in. They have most designers but Oasis has gone. Good bargains when they have a sale.
Would definitely recommend.

I visited Elys in Wimbledon today and wanted to buy some Dior make-up and the lady that was working on 23rd Dec was extremely rude. I asked for some help with a colour match which doesn’t take long and she said: no, I don’t have time for that and suggested I do it myself, she wasn’t even that busy but refused to help or she didn’t know how to do it but would rather lose a customer than gain one. I was very put off after that and left and walked into MAC store and they helped colour match and I purchased all the products that were recommended.

Dior - you need to find better staff, that lady working for you isn’t good for business.

The worst service I have ever seen in my life !
Ordered on Monday birthday gift online for same day delivery as stated on website! It’s Thursday evening and still didn’t get anything !
Called on Wednesday and been told that my item is out for delivery , spend all day waiting and just wasted my time . Thursday -Ms Jackie said that today item will be delivered after 1pm . So it’s 9pm and I’m attending birthday lunch tomorrow morning without gift.
Very disappointed !
