Good little Argos section within Sainsbury's. I just wish there were more items available for a collection straight away. Otherwise the process for the collections is smooth. The staff is friendly.

Really poor customer service from Carla at Argos today who pretended to be the store manager and tried to get me to pay over £100 more for a fridge freezer I had originally ordered through Argos. She wouldn’t honour the original price I paid and was unhelpful, obstructive and rude. Her way of helping was to threaten to call security on me and my 2 small children. Thankfully I went to a competitor who have ordered me the same item, honoured the original price and are delivering in 2 days, so Carla please take that as a training opportunity on how a solution focussed approach works better. If this is the issues they have on trying to place an order I can’t imagine how the after sales service must be! Lucky escape for me!

Dreary company with awful customer support. Twice now I've bought relatively expensive products from Argos only for them to break and for m to be bounced around their useless, evasive support department. This company has no interest in your satisfaction or your rights and will happily sell you dodgy products then go to great lengths to avoid taking responsibility for them.

The only reason Argos still exists is to promote Amazon as most other non essential shops are closed. Today I have collected 2 desk lamps for my boys to make their online schooling more comfortable in this gloomy winter season. Unfortunately, items sold by Argos are incomplete - you can't use them straight away. Now I need to wait another few days until I get the bulbs delivered by Amazon. Should have gone to Amazon first.

Thank you- Callum - for helping this Granny make one of her little grandchildren very very happy this Xmas by going the extra 'mile' to get this toy. :)
And also thanks so much to Sophie for helping today when l thought this order had been cancelled. phew!

I went in on Sunday and I was looking for a hoover, I was speaking to this one girl named Christivie. She was amazing and she was super helpful with my situation. I would recommend coming here the customer service has improved.
