Like this argos. Is normally well stocked and convinient to pick your previous ordered shopping.
Is a big shop limited seating available and as is very buzy is quite untidy.

Yesterday I bought 2 videogames online (age not requested at the moment of paying). I came to pick up the order today (forgot my id). I have been served by one guy with grey beard, around 40 years old. If you don't have id, you don't take your things. First, buy a pair of glasses if you can't recognize a 29 years old man (when the game was for 18 above); second of all your policy is quite strange. So if i get my things delivered, my id won't be checked, but i can't pick up an order I spent 80 quids for, because i don't have the id? Seriously, you are jokes, and your customer service is slow as hell.

Really helpful staff here. I accidentally paid for a single duvet rather than the double and I explained the situation to the lady at the desk. She swapped out the single duvet for a double one and just paid the difference. I also didn’t have to wait long which was a nice bonus. A great Argos!

Very poor communication skills and problem solving, starting with the store managers; Abdul and Aqiba. Very disrespectful, rude and arrogants while asking for help! This is NOT what a customer needs, when you’re paying money for an item which does NOT works properly.

Horrible horrible just horrible
Even the customer service is awful . Ordered an item 2 weeks ago they told me it’ll be in store next day it was in store for like forever but they said to me they had to refund cuz it wasn’t processed by the online store. Store online was saying expect your item and item was in store and I ended up coming and going so many times for no reason. Thank u

i bought an item i didn’t open it i still got the receipt by email i went to do refund and i bought the right one i need they didn’t accept refund because there no catalog bar code how am going to remember if this sticker was on and i bought it by my argos card 🤷‍♂️😅

I am appalled at the customer service from the Manager Abdul.
I have been coming to this local store for 20 years and never had any issues with any of the staff until TODAY.
Argos, you are a high trading company, why do you have this unprofessional, rude and arrogant man in charge of your store?
I was refused a refund on an item that I purchased 4 days ago, unopened and with a receipt.
Before I even spoke to Abdul, I had heard him raising his voice to staff members and saw a member of staff put her head in her hands once he turned his back.
Horrible human being. Disgusted

How come! A person like Abdul manager there?? He is lazy, rude , bad- tempered, aggressive. The others are lovely , helpful. You guys do great job. Abdul must learn customer service from the assistants!
