Argos Durham City Retail Park

You order what you want and pick it up really simple

Argos' stock is a far cry from the range and value it used to be, however, this is a generally good store to pick up from. I've never had any issues. The wait does seem to take forever, even when you seem to be the only person in the queue.

Just visited Argos in Durham. First class service and attention from Lauren. Very pleasant and helpful. Got what we wanted straight away. No fuss.

Refused a refund for my 83 year old mother, was told, the item had been used, when it had not, will not be using argos again, and they wonder why folk shop online

Argos has gone down hill. Keep getting iteams that go foulty. Had a chat with help desk. Did what they said then took iteam back to shop to be told they would sent it for repair. So no exchange or refund offered as stated by help desk. Apparently it's down to the shop manager. Ask to speak with him. He wouldnt come out of his office. When more Argos stores get closed you can blame the managers. Thank you Mr Dean mmmm but ur Head office say your called Tony. Guess the staff dont know who the manager is.

Me and my mam were in today (13/11/22) and we were greeted by a lovely lady who asked if she could help with anything. This lady seemed to be quite new but was so helpful and welcoming. She had a young girl talking her through what to do and she seemed extremely pleasant too! Will 100% be returning to this Argos. 10/10 for customer service, thanks again ladies!!

Attitude of the older staff member was disgusting. Chucked my product on the counter and said here and walked off.

Nice and friendly staff members… recommended! The place has a large car park which is common for all stores!
