I love that TK Maxx has so many amazing clothes in the store. They have the latest trends, and I always find my perfect style there. The clothes are also very affordable and of good quality. My only issue is that it's not always easy to find specific items in the store, since they seem to be organized randomly sometimes.

It's a shame the one by the Gherkin shut down, that was a nice branch. This branch, the clothes are packed into the rafters, the cashiers talk amongst themselves when serving you, so bloody rude! And there's never any staff when you need to ask a question. The shoe section was an absolute mess. Sort it out!!

TK Maxx is a good place to shop for a number of household and clothing items. On this visit I was impressed by the range and quality of candles in various sizes to suit different budgets. Highly recommend. Other items I tend to buy are mugs, plates and crockery. Also liking styling of Jack & Jones mens clothing which is a revelation in terms of quality, styling and value for money. Again recommended. Only caution would be time you can end up spending in store as they are stacked to the rafters and requires time to look through! Can be a good thing but time tends to fly by(buy!)

Quite a busy store with slightly too warm heating, not ideal when queuing to pay. Smaller than the store in Covent Garden Long Acre for instance. No Christmas decorations as yet. Staff friendly though, quite a wide jewellery and accessory department.

Spoke to a girl named jordan on the phone. Described the shoes I was looking for perfectly and she seemed to be in a rush to get me off the phone.. reserved completely the wrong item so I wasted my time going here!! Described brown shoes to her, she reserved pink and not even the same material at all. Terrible service

Very rude staff. A friend went in to see if she could exchange something and they made such a fuss about it, as it was purchased at another TKMAX store. The person in charge walked very slowly, making us wait and had no thoughts for the other customers who were waiting; this added pressure to other lady serving. I won't go back to this store, I'll stick to Leyton!
