Be very careful what you buy and how much you pay at the till! Shopped there twice and was overcharged twice for items that are in promotion. Manager reduced the price twice but how price advertised should be the price paid

Despite 3 staff on duty told coffee station was closed. Staff v rude.

I wanted to say a huge thank you to Marilyn and Mark who work at M&S Simply Food Gatwick Airport North Terminal. Marilyn found my phone after I left it in the store by accident and Mark kept it safe for me. I was panicking I had lost my phone and wasn't expecting to find it when I came back to the store. Not knowing that honesty and kindness still abounds in this world. Thank you both so much, you truly exemplify all that is great about Marks and Spencer's! I can't thank you enough and it's certainly made me feel more connected to the brand. What a superb customer experience. I hope one day I can extend the kindness you showed me.

So I liked going to the M&S, up until Gatwick put up cameras & started charging money when you go past (not stopping at all)!! I got a ticket the other day, and I’m sure business is slow now for the McDonalds, KFC and M&S that all are located in this area. It’s a shame and really inconvenient!!! Otherwise no problems..

Overpriced and don't accept American Express. Purchase cancelled on principle. Poor service, nice to be shouted at that 'oh no someone else trying to pay with Amex, we don't take it anymore... look!'

I had the best sandwich of my life during my trip to the UK in June. And I’m slightly embarrassed to say that it was a cheese and red onion sandwich I bought from the M&S outlet at Gatwick Airport.
