Ain't nothing bad to say about this store, always got what i needed.

I want to appreciate the hardworking staff in this store over the years however what I experienced on Saturday 10th October from Jade who described herself as manager was on ethical.
I went to return a printer I bought online after I noticed that it was not printing just 2 days after delivery. I was told that the store cannot accept it unless I prove it is not working.
I ask Jade what happen to 30 days return policy? I believe such staff need to be educated. It is absolutely unbelievable and a disgrace.

Staff standing in the back on their phones instead of giving customers their items. I saw my items on the conveyor belt for over 10 minutes while the staff chat away.

Also saw a member of staff use a customers microwave and another appliance as a stepping ladder to collect items from the top shelf, then kick them back under the shelf when finished.

Honestly not great service, it seemed like there was no supervision.

Ordered a TV online from that branch, the TV sent was faulty. When I returned if and ordered another one, I was sent the same TV with the same Serial number. They knowingly send out faulty devices, tried to complain and nothing happened. To be fair they refunded the amount fairly fast. Still very disappointing.

We had a young man called Joseph assist us today as my mothers phone had smashed and was a complete write off.

He was brilliant, he catered to our every request, he was incredibly patient and professional.
However the store manager came over caused a scene, tried to undermine Joseph infront of my mother and myself.
Stating he should have offered a trade in, offered for us to pay to fix it instead off our FREE upgrade.

We arent rude to people at all however we stepped in and said he is way out of line and Joseph has been wonderful.

This is not our first run in with this incredibly rude and ignorant man.

Irish lady with piercings was excellent in helping me solve an unusual issue as were the majority of the staff would recommend (and will come earlier next time so I don't keep them behind!)
