Argos Brookwood (Inside Sainsbury's)

Don't know what this other review is but the Brookwood Argos is one of if not the best stores in surrey, the staff are super helpful nothing like the store in Woking town centre. Yes there is a lack of stock available compared to larger stores but common sense would tell you that as a smaller store it would have less standing stock. Frankly it is a refreshing change to dealing with the rude disinterested staff in other stores. give it a go folks come Christmas its gonna be your best friend.

A useful collection point but don't expect a normal fully stocked argos store. You'll get the usual local cram everything into the smallest space possible and throw an argos collection point inside sainsburys. That's all you'll get down in this area of Surrey. If claustrophobia is your thing you'll love it. On the plus it is quiet, shop size of about 8x8mts and 3 tills. Staff friendly, certainly not rushed off their feet, might be different on the weekend, and helpful. Just avoid it if you can it's miserable.

Waited 30 minutes at the checkout with 3 people refusing to serve me and decided to leave after asking when they were going to serve customers.

Wouldn't go back.

Arrived in store to buy a Ezviz camera. Went to part pay with gift vouchers only to be told by Josh that they were fake and would not accept them. When i queried how he could tell he said the word copy appeared on a strip that i could not see. Also told the smudge should rub a different colour. Went in to lions park retail shops and lovely Sylvia scanned it with UV light and said there fine. Josh you seemed so confident they were fake and even wrote it in writing... but pal check your facts before accusing someone on having fake vouchers please. Well done Sylvia at Lions park argos

Excellent service in-store. Couldn't find a part in the pack to charge the lawn mower battery. I could not get through on the phone. However found the "missing" part packed inside the body of the lawn mower. Now very happy with the product. Also happy with the service in store. Given the strange times the lack of a telephone service is understandable. All good in the end.
