Most of the time you are stood waiting until someone decides to do something and get your item, with managers more insistent on moving your cars that are being loaded. Only gave two stars as sometimes very quick delivery

Picked up reservation and the outer box is damaged badly and looks like it’s been opened. It’s the only one they had so I asked if they could take some money off (only a small amount, just a gesture) as when I buy a new product o would like it to be in new condition. Their response was an immediate no. If these retailers want to survive they need to become more customer focused! In hindsight this annoyed me so much I will be returning the item.

Extremely awful store. Do not appreciate their customers and lie about policies to get out of accepting expensive returns. Really disgusted with my experience here and will never buy an item from Argos( at least this store) ever again. We bought a mattress which included a 100 night trial from these and we are returning it well within this period as the pain this mattress causes on joints etc is horrendous and it doesn't do as Argos claims the mattress does. They would accept this back only for an exchange of another mattress but meaning we have to go without a mattress for 14 days and considering I have just had surgery I was hoping there would be something better they could do for us but they were extremely rude over the phone and said they will not go outside of policy for anybody ( even though I can confirm this store has previously gone out of policy for other people on less expensive items) customer service and manager works together over the phone and tell eachother not to help the customer on this occasion.( I rang customer service and they put me on hold and rang the store manager and told them not to do anything to help me and to stick to the policy, which of course they will dent)

If you ever wanted to buy a mattress let me tell you it is definitely worth going elsewhere and NOT to these clowns as they do not care about the customers situation or how much of an inconvience they are to the customer. I will be complaining to head office about this disgusting store. And never shopping here again. Do not just take my word for this awful customer service as the reviews for this place is under 2 stars lol so I'm clearly not the only person who things this is disgraceful. This has been such a headache we will not even be returning the item to them and they won't even offer store credit after saying they would! So we will sell this matress on Facebook and buy one from Emma or necter, a well known brand. I don't know what made us by a Argos memory foam mattress in the first place but believe me it will be the very last time and will also advise all friends and family to never ever ever buy another item from this place. ( Mattress we bought was £300 and I can assure you my previous one was £150 off eBay and was soooo much more comfier) not worth considering. RUN A MILE GUYS. I have also noticed it is very hard to leave a review for this place this is the first time I've successfully been given the option to write a review in the past month that I've been trying to. I wasn't able to give a zero star score, so had to leave a 1 star☹️ I went to the Longwater store in Norwich as I needed to buy a new microwave oven. I'd done my research online so I new exactly what I wanted and who had it in-stock on the day. When I got to the checkout I was told that it wasn't in-stock? I thought it was strange as online it was showing available to collect straight away. The person who served me said that I had to pay for it and pay to have it delivered if I wanted it on the same day☹️ I then asked if any other store had it available in Norwich to collect, she said no 🤔I knew that the Riverside store was showing one available so I headed there. I was greated by friendly helpful staff who helped me place my order, picked my microwave and even lifted into the car for me. So the moral of this story is head down to Riverside Argos not Longwater Argos, as you'll waste your time.

Today ordered online Apple watch 7 ( it was a gift).
Pop in to colect, took my staff , went back to car and noticed watch box was opened and watch was damaged, small crack on screen , so obviously Argos tried to sell used and damaged product and store staff knew it , they prepared order , . When box was given to me , lovely lady put it upside down obviously to hide opening signs , so be careful and check what you are taking from lovely staff from Longwater, got a refund . So zero for you guys.

very bad customer service,ordered a washing machine inshop and paid.Told we will receive the product yesterday.waited all day at home.no update contacted the number which was supplier phone no.Guess what? the lady told me washing machine is out of stock and it wont be available fot atleast 3 months.Phoned Argos the person who took the phone was not helpful and said they dont know the the washing machine was out of stock and the she told me i called the supplier earlier otherwise they would have contacted me.i
i phoned them at 16.00hrs.i asked to speak to the manager and told me they will contact me in72hrs.i cancelled my order i cant wait 3months to wash my clothes

Purchased a Cleverspa Onyx hot tub and after only 5 weeks use, the heater stopped working. Tried to get an exchange or refund today but Argos Longwater Norwich say not their problem. Cleverspa are too busy to resolve issues quickly which the manager at Argos said he could do nothing about so no hot tub for me this summer after £400 spent with Argos. How is this fair to your customers?
