Products are usually good and easy returns but bought something recently and the managers customer service left a lot to be desired. Managed to sort it out online easily but in terms of this store and management.... 1 star.

I'm visually impaired and couldn't see the tiny print on Argos catalogue. The staff were very helpful and understanding, they looked up the item and filled in all paperwork for me.

Had fantastic service today (1 Jul 19) in the Cupar branch! Despite the branch suffering the loss of their electronic stock checkers, the staff were tremendously helpful and attentive to aid in looking up stock and offering advice. The speed of service was first class and I ended up having to reserve an item at a Dundee branch; throughout this process I was assisted by a member of staff whom I'd like to thank especially, unfortunately I didn't get his name but I think he may have been the floor manager/supervisor as he was called upon to assist in my enquiry. He was knowledgeable, helpful and extremely proactive in helping me with my reservation which resulted in a suxcsuccessful esful purchase from the Dundee branch. Thank you again to the supervisor and all the staff at Cupar branch.

Came here as a foreigner completely unfamiliar with the store format. Received nothing less than fantastic customer service and absolute patience from the staff. Great place. Will go again.

Check stock when buying here. I bought box of protein bars with bars missing. Stock checks clearly failing and store do not take responsibility for what goes on in their stock room.

Having been ignored in the Dundee shop ,we came home and went into our home area branch only to be ignored at the jewellery counter again,really Argos you need to tell and train your staff in the fine art of customer service,your customers should not be put in the position of hunt down stafff
