Flint Argos in Sainsburys

I had a problem with a purchase I made but had lost the receipt. I was helped by the duty manager Dionne. She was very helpful and sorted out my issues. She obtained a direct replacement and phoned me when it arrived. She was very professional at all times. Thank you.

Could be better. They used to have a couple or so rows of chairs to sit and wait for your goods. They now have 3 or 4 chairs total.
I'm recovering from cancer & still find it painful to stand for long periods of time. I had to wait 25 minutes by the end of which I just wish I was dead to stop the pain I was in.
Argos = Not everyone is "perfect" or "normal" even prior to having cancer I had issues with this store. Im registered partially sighted & hardly anything in this store ia larger print for such people as myself.

Came in to buy a watch for my 9 year old son. Served promptly, offered insurance the benefits of which were explained to me. Quick transaction and away. Good service.

Absolutely fantastic service, I would recommend the Flint store to everyone, Steph the SM was absolutely brilliant she helped assist me with my order, she and her team were ever so friendly and efficient with helping me, great team, I would recommend Argos to everyone.

I went to argos and said I opened and needed an another model because this model cannot do calls or receive and they said me that I cannot do exchange or return. I just need a new model of it which makes calling facility and I don't know why they refused.

Went to pick up an item we purchased as it wasnt available in Rhyl and Flint was the closest to us, lovely ladies on Argos the lady who served us was Ceri so friendly and helpful very nice store and staff, clean good sanitising stations, highly recommended
