Shaws Penarth

Went there with my partner Friday pm and we were browsing n a member of staff made us feel uneased n thought we were making the shop look untidy. The staff member had a snooty attitude n said we cannot have a refund if the product is slightly opened

Brilliant as always love the shop love the staff... when I couldn't find the bedding I was looking for for my daughter the lady rang around other stores and got the last one being sent to penarth for me. So lovely and so helpful. Xxx

Customer Service at its Finest! .. the team in Penarth went above and beyond in sourcing and getting a very in demand item (waterproof long coat) for me, *they* managed to get me the last one as it was a gift for my Sister!

Lovely staff, one rang other branches to see if they could find an out-of-stock item I was looking for... No luck, but it was great they tried!

You can always find out of the ordinary knick knacks in Shaws. I’m shocked to hear that they are closing down.
I’ve always found Shaws staff very polite, respectful and helpful. Where ever I shop i.e. Penarth, Ely or Cwmbran. I and I know others are so bewildered as to the shops closing down.

Very helpful, it's been years since I've been to Shaws as I now live in NZ. I didn't have time for a good look around as was there on a mission to find a pic table clorh. Will definitely be back for a good look around soon.
