Positive experience, product i was buying was with me very quickly. Only thing that annoyed me was that I checked online to see what time the store opened it said 8-30 only to be told when i got there it was 9am so had to hang about for 30mins. Got to say had my 3g been working I'd have checked availability elsewhere. But wont hold it against them.

Typical Argos corporate layout, merchandising and products. I'm not sure if it's just me but these stores always seem very empty uninteresting. Come on Argos use your imagination cheer up your presentation. The staff were helpful, courteous and professional.

i have purchased 2 electrical items in this store in the last year. The first, a radio that had no sound and today a ceiling fan that had screws missing. Hence, I have had 4 trips to this store, twice to collect faulty goods and twice to return them and incur the cost of fuel/parking. Contacted customer service who were not even remotely interested and said have another trip to the store and ask for compensation. Good luck with your business!

Very helpfull today when doing my xmas shoping the staffs was amazing they got all 10 babie doll down for me to look at but the one i wanted was not there but got the bluey house i wanted in the sale so was happy with that but they went out of there way to help me out tho lol so a big thankyou to them all

Clueless staff. Poor customer service. Item ordered on ebay for delivery at argos, argos refused delivery by the courier because it was too large (a laptop). Pathetic. Ended up in wasting time to get a delivery re arranged to a different place.

Absolutely disgusting in the service by the manager chris we wanted to return a purchase that we made less than 24hours and refused to take it back as the battery had been removed from packaging to set up the item before giving to grandson who is only 6 , I think this is absolutely ridiculous and that the manager chris needs to go on a customer service training or removed from being a manager what a waste of time having someone like him as a manager.
