Marks & Spencer Fforestfach

The shop is up to the usual M&S standard but the carpark, which is shared with a number of other retail outlets, was a nightmare. It took us almost 30 min to get out on what was otherwise a quiet Saturday for the area.

Not planning to visit again.

Simplifying Marks & Sparks to just clothes seems to work well. You'll have to drive over the road for food, but for clothing this store has a nice layout. It's better laid out than the one in Swansea city center.

M&S always has quality products. So many things I wanted to buy but they had run out of the garlic bread I wanted. Disappointed but these things happen.

Asked for help to a female blonde assistant 31/10/22 . And was responded with “ what do you want “ found that very rude and off putting . I also paid in cash at the till , the cashier seemed frustrated that I had cash . Not my best experience tbh . Shop was very well stocked but there was a few let down , above as well as no stuffing balls .

found it impossible to book a shopping slot instore. Telephone number given was out of order so rang another number. It was like speaking to someone from another planet. Don't expect this kind of service from Marks and Spencer. It was a nightmare. Ive given up. Given one star as I cannot proceed otherwise, they don't deserve this.

Horrible staff I’m 90 in a wheelchair been told I have to wait in the queue outside in the cold
I must be 30th in the queue and freezing my daughter has left work to take me shopping
And yet I go up to llanelli they let me straight in !!!!!!
