I have been visiting this clinic for the last 10 years, so that goes quite a long way in saying how good they are! My treatment is for hair removal, which was really bad when I started and I felt like a freak. To start with I think I was having treatment 6 times a year, I now only need 3 a year to keep things in check. I also had thread vein removal on my face which was incredible. The result was instantaneous and it made me look younger. I have seen Doctor Alice in the past and I now see Vicky, who is very professional and lovely to chat to, making you feel at ease.

I started coming to the clinic after a recommendation from my daughter who was having hair removal treatment. My treatment for skin blemishes was very professionally carried out and I found the consultation reassuring and thorough. I have since had facial and hair treatments and find the highly trained staff both courteous and caring. I have had lots of compliments for my skin and am very happy with everything that I have had done.

Brought our daughter here for a course of laser surgery to fade a facial port wine stain; she was undergoing surgery at Great Ormond St but this was severely delayed, understandably, by Covid.
Our GP recommended Dr Alice and we are very happy with everything we have experienced so far.
The process is uncomfortable for our daughter and she isn’t the best patient but Dr Alice is kind, understanding, tolerant etc and takes time to explain what she is doing and why.
We hope the final outcome is to everybody’s satisfaction - certainly, up to date, all seems promising.

I have seen Mr Hudson-Peacock in the past. My wife saw another consultant. He suggested that two lesions could be BCC and needed removal. My wife wanted Mr Hudson-Peacock to carry out the procedure. He was not available until June (original appointment was in April). The nurse said that was good as NHS would not be able to fit her in until Sept! My wife saw another consultant at One Ashford and a biopsy was taken and thankfully harmless. I think that the practice is only interested in the money making Botox and cosmetic side of things, that's all they were discussing in the over-crowded reception. Also, other patients were NOT wearing masks! All medical appointments require patients to wear masks.

I have been treated here on a number of occasions and every time I have received the highest level of service from both Alice and Mark. I am comfortable knowing that I am receiving the best advice from highly experienced practitioners.

Star rating specifically for allergy testing/ skin conditions. Booked allergy test & was charged £250 for a 20 min appt to essentially be referred GP for NHS allergy test (as if I was incapable of doing that myself). I was also assured I could have this test within a few weeks despite NHS unreliability (hence booking private) and yet months on I’ve heard nothing from GP or otherwise. The dermatologist also suggested my GP prescribe me stronger steriods for my skin condition, which has since been confirmed topical steroid addiction / withdrawal so effectively the opposite of what was required. Really poor experience

Left the clinic following a consultation with Desa feeling totally humiliated.. I will NOT be continuing with any treatment there..I was totally misinformed on the telephone .. prior to the consultation .. being told that the consultation fee would come off the first treatment, which isn’t true…and what was a customer doing standing behind the reception desk looking over the receptionists shoulder to find an email ? Perhaps they don’t practise GDPR … I never did hear from the practise manager ..as stated below

Went in for a mole check. Staff were friendly on the day. However, the results took much longer than expected was told around three days for the results to come back, but it has been a week and counting.

The nurse tried to heavily sell me other products, without the results coming back which seemed quite irresponsible.
