Don’t go to this clinic. The dermatologist Dr Stevens is not a nice doctor. He did not examine me and he didn’t speak to me and he verged on abusive in his dismissive manner. Very unpleasant experience. As he did the cryotherapy he had no concern for the level of pain he was causing and didn’t tell me afterwards how much pain I would be in just handed me a sheet of paper and charged me £220 for consultation and £200 for treatment . I was in there for 10 minutes maximum and burst into tears when I left. No one should be treated like that by a doctor in this day and age .

I took my 4 month old son here for eczema issues. I paid £220 for what was really a 5 minute consultation only to be prescribed two creams I had already been using and to be told that it was mild, they had seen worse. The doctor was very brief and didn’t ask any questions about my son which I was surprised about but I let it go as I was told that my management method was wrong and the new procedure would surely help. After feeling hopeful and following what I was told, my son’s skin was getting progressively worse, naturally I was concerned and I called back for advice. I was told that they are not concerned and that what was happening was normal. It continued to get worse and I called again, this time I was advised to buy a different set of creams. It has to be said that the nurse Sarah was very good and seemed to care, I couldn’t say the same for the doctor - Dr Stevens that saw my son, at the consultation I was quickly passed over to the nurse. To summarise, this clinic was an absolute waste of money, I will certainly not recommend taking children or anyone to this clinic for that matter. I cancelled my follow up appointment as it really didn’t make sense paying a further £180 for a follow up appointment to make my son’s skin worse and cause him further discomfort. I took him to another dermatologist and within a day, his skin started to improve. The results and difference was astonishing. The new clinic took the time to find out about my son and to understand all the creams he had tried before. Skin care network was useless and an utter waste of money. I was just grateful that I was able to find a dermatologist that knew what he was doing. If I can give zero stars, I would.

5 stars for the dermatologist, 1 star for the receptionist. Good experience with the dermatologist, quick and reassuring, however the receptionist who greeted me on arriving was extremely rude, I came in and said hello but got a 'yes?' in response as though I'd just walked in for no particular purpose; not even a hello or how can I help/do you have an appointment? I don't expect more than common courtesy but her manner was just exceptionally rude and especially disappointing as I've been twice before and had very positive experiences as has my husband. Maybe some customer service training for that particular member of staff (for the removal of doubt as it was only one member of staff who was rude, I believe her name was Eileen and she was the only member of staff wearing a visor) wouldn't go amiss?

I took my son there to have a consultation about his eczema condition. The consultation lasted for less than 10 minutes, Dr Sheraz had a quick look at my son’s arms and then prescribed some generic medication. I think it was the most useless consultation I have had in my life. £240 and my time was totally wasted . Don’t waste your money here

Avoid. Dr Mansoor lacks the general people skills you can expect from a Dr. Very condescending. Got an incorrect invoice had to contact insurance to prove to them they had been paid, then they adjusted the invoice. A better service can be got else where, no doubt.

I didnt attend this clinic but I received skin care from Dr Palamaras as an out patient in my local hospital and he was a perfectly good Dr. Taking care to explain answers to any questions I had and giving me post care advice. He was friendly and swift. I would recommend him.

In October of 2018 I had laser surgery for what I would describe as a birth defect. The results of the laser surgery were astounding. I have to commend the highly skilled work. It has transformed the affected area into a work of art. Would highly recommend. I have received comments like “photogenic” and “very attractive” regarding that area. I have to thank Dr Howard Stevens for his great work.
