brought a pair of shoes and collected from store, no problem as they were on sale. The buckle was faulty and returned the next day to exchange or return the shoes. different staff and basically would not believe me that the buckle was broken and that I have collected the shoes the previous day even though I had signed for it and ld not even want to check and acussed me me of breaking the buckle and would have to send the shoes to head office to check, which I knew would mean no refund as they would side with the jumped up shop worker. left the shop angry that someone barely out of nappies could have such attitude. never shopping or ordering from them again.

I buy from them regular. Great website with all the best brands and the team in the shop in cross st are all good guys the click and collect service is excellent👍

The staff here seem very prestige and uptight. I came into the store to collect a parcel and a customer had to help me up the step with my buggy even though one of the staff members unlocked the door for me and didn’t even bother opening it since he was too ‘prestige’. I waited in the line and a man cut through the line to buy his items and maybe it’s because I was a female with a buggy in a male dominated shop that I was given such terrible service but in the end they gave my parcel after 45 minutes of waiting in a shop which was barely busy and I left safe to say I’ll pay that extra 4.99 delivery fee just to avoid coming into this weird shop

Unfortunately the staff here are just "too cool for school" and unable to engage with their clients. Shame, more so when there are more staff than shoppers. A little tip engage with your clients, welcome them and let them know you are happy to assist. A lost sale today...
