Village Kids

Shopped with Village kids for a few years now, amazing range and great customer service. They really have surpassed themselves for service this holiday season though. Placed an order Friday evening 21st Dec, did not expect it before xmas, had a call off them on Saturday to check delivery address as it was somewhere different than usual and it arrived this morning Christmas Eve.... Outstanding.

If I could rate this place a zero I would! Rude customer service item arrived which looked just like a second. Alignment was shocking and not true to size. LOOKED FAKE! Box arrived damaged battered which had been pre used still with the previous receipt-ants name on! The response I got to my email was - we re use boxes and we don’t go by the look of the box!
When I order products I expect them to be delivered securely in a sealed box. I want to return my item to this company but this company is not co operating. I asked for a pre paid returns label as this is listed in their policy’s - terms and agreements! The response I got was. Send the item back and only if we believe it to be faulty we will reimburse your postage. That leaves me with little faith given how rude they have been so far! I would avoid this place at all cost and go to the direct retailer. I found ordering from Ralph Lauren and guess directly provided much better customer service! Should be ashamed of themselves!

Hi everyone Please read before ordering !!!!
ordered goods for my daughter took out the finance we’re you can split over 3 months if need recommend by village kids as it’s on there order site , clothes too big sent back , guess what they sent a voucher to cover the cost and the best bit is the finance company they recommended don’t take there vouchers please don’t order from them . Totally disappointed in it now I have a voucher which I don’t wish to order from them and a bill as well nice work Village Kids exploiting people when they should know better .

Have purchased many many items from Village kids, not once have I had a problem, I’ve received e- mails to say item is ready to be picked up or a personal phone call, very charming staff, I live local so I tend to pick up, but have on the odd occasion have had items posted, keep up the good work Village kids, that’s why you’ve been in business for 30 years

We ordered some designer swimwear online which was lovely but unfortunatly it didnt fit ... returning was made simple and village kids where very helpful with my querys and they have good customer service. All the best to you and your team!!

Awful customer service.
Received a faulty item, Sent numerous pictures of the fault and was told they will have to monitor their cctv in despatch!
Appalling.

So pleased with the brilliant service I received from Sarah at Village Kids after placing an order online. My order was dispatched quickly and when I had a few queries regarding an exchange all responses were fast and so helpful. Highly recommended!

Always a pleasant experience ordering from Village Kids, everything arrives on time and excellent condition. I have also been to the store a couple of times and the staff have been helpful and friendly. 10/10 all round!!
