The Rock Collection

I have been coming to this store since it first started as a stall on the market and when it combined with the other gothic store in Norwich, I must have started visiting both places when I was 13, I remember hearing about both store and stall getting together to put together the big shop Rock Collection, I had a mini heart attack because I was so excited!
I think they made a fantastic choice to merge because both together are amazing, the store has the most friendly staff on the planet, the customer service is outstanding and the quality of the clothing and accessories are flawless. I am now 23 years old and I still come into the store every time I go to Norwich, I may not always buy something but it's always really nice to still look around and just actually be in a store that respects me for the person and life choices I have made that others would refer to as 'different'.
I highly recommend this shop to anyone who likes to take a walk on the wild side once in a while or all the time ;), you will always find something you want!

One of my favourite shops in Norwich, it's got a wide variety of brands. I love all of the clothes and the staff are very friendly, welcoming and approachable. I especially like their band T-shirts and merchandise. Whenever I want to treat myself I buy something from The Rock Collection! :)

Unfortunately I don't get the chance to go shopping much in Norwich but every time I get the chance I always visit The Rock Collection. I've been going there for the last six years since my friend took me there at the age of 15! The staff are always friendly and the shop is always stocked with well priced, popular merchandise. I always spend way too much money here.

Love coming here and looking at their products, especially their tops! I always come here mostly for the belts but I sometimes get their stuff online too! Great place, I always feel more comfortable there then any other clothes shop. :)

Ordered online and was not disappointed. Had a jacket that didn't fit, so called up and the chap on the phone put aside the larger size for me. So I sent back on the Wednesday, had the replacement by the Saturday. Brilliant, friendly service. The products I got are great quality and couldn't be happier with them.

The staff were so amazing when I came whirling in a few mornings ago, desperately searching for a belt (my eBay buyer flaked out). I said “do you have xyz, I’m in a bit of a hurry.” “No problem, it’s not in the shop, but let me look out back.”

Moments later: life saved and wedding guest happy again.

Weird signs outside the shop insisting on masks even though no longer required by law. Very off putting and not liberal. We are all different.

The staff are friendly and eager to help, having established a long term rapor with The Rock Collection who offer a wide range of gothic and alternative clothing.

They have always stocked a wide variety of clothing, accessories and more whilst also going out of their way to help find anything specific that you are after. Highly recommended and a pleasure to do business with.
