Gelato ice-cream , so many flavours to choose from.
Plenty of options for hot drinks and cakes , lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. A welcome place for a break or a treat. Just what we needed, it will definitely be a regular stop!!

Just order the mini munchie box and it was delicious 😋. This has been the best dessert place I have tired since I recently moved up north. Definitely recommend you all to try you will not be disappointed. Ice cream so creamy the waffle and doughnuts were light and fluffy. Just delicious 😋. And the lovely couple that own the place is welcoming and very friendly. Definitely going back again.

Has this place changed hands or something? The shop looked like it needed a good tidy. I called in with my 4 kids for ice cream and I had a moment of shock when paying as they were charging an extra 80p for a basic basic wafer cone. In all my years of buying I’ve cream I’ve never had anyone charge for the basic. Yes extra for waffle/sugar cone or with chocolate etc and usually only 50p but 80p extra for what everyone else considers included just made my jaw drop. Ice cream was nice though. Perhaps a squirt of sauce and a few sprinkles for the kids wouldn’t have gone a miss. Not going back in principle.

Excellent ice cream takes about 75 years to come though it’s like they hand make it to order

Brown Sugar is an amazing dessert place especially for sundaes! We often get the chocolate brownie sundae and it is absolutely delicious! We would definitely recommend!

Excellent customer service, boring doughnuts, bland cookies.

However, like all the main dessert places, the food looks nicer than it tastes very, very bland.

Make your own donuts at home, it's much easier than you think, especially for these type of doughnuts, that rely purely on toppings for any taste. (Joshua Weissman recipe or go to Allrecipes for easy ones or adapt your own).

For the average person this might be okay, but if you have been spoiled by other donut companies or made imitation stuff like this at home, you should definitely skip this.

Edit:

People don't typically review things straight away, unless it's horrific or really good. Google sends push notifications to places you have been to or have browsed, asking if you would like to review.

Reduced rating from 3 to 2, because you evidently cannot handle criticism. Your products just taste like theme park donuts from Merlin Entertainments' supplier with less flavour.

3 was a good score, there was no need to be upset.
But thanks, I'll be teaching you how to make real brownies soon enough.
