He was instrumental in me buying and deciding on the best option of ring. Very informative and very clear with his confidence in all things diamonds.

I have recommended him to a few friends and family members as I respect his expertise.

James and his team have done a top notch job on our engagement ring. It is the most expensive jewelry item my fiancé purchased me, James and his team made the whole process very transparent from the beginning. The communication was easy and transparent, they talked to us like a friend. The quality and price was competitive and high valued, I got my diamond at our budget. The after-service was responsive and effective, I had issues and he fixed smoothly. The most importantly, the ring is beautiful and VERY SPARKLY, I got many compliments. Thank you again LD and hope they can make many more beautiful diamond jewelry for me! Highly recommended if you are looking for an engagement ring or diamond pieces, they can make anything you like (literally!).

Good to mention:

1. The communication I received could have been better / faster / more detailed at times
2. Sometimes I felt like my ideas were being pushed back on. However I would recommend that you do try and take the advice of the jewellers because the end result of my ring is amazing and they know what they’re doing

Where to begin! I had absolutely no clue when I first reached out in 2020. But James at London Diamonds has taken such good care of us, from the moment I enquired right through until today.

I truly cannot express how positive the entire process has been. James helped me figure out the perfect diamonds for the rings, facilitated resizing and cleanings and I honestly believe the end result was better than we could have imagined.

We are now just two weeks away from our big day, and we both cannot wait to put on our rings and wear them every single day 😄

I am an absolute nightmare to work with. Any service I ever have done I am picky and very much a perfectionist.

James and the London Diamonds team are honest, polite, and go far beyond what is expected of them as jewellers. You get prompt responses and updates. Despite James doing this daily for a living, he shares your enthusiasm of getting your diamonds and shows actual interest.

His opinions are honest and not profit driven. If he thinks a smaller diamond would look better, he will tell you that. He also applies no pressure to buy.

I cant imagine ever going to another jeweller. James/the team are genuine, good people.

I don't usually write reviews but I couldn't not when my fiance and I's whole experience with London Diamonds was IMMACULATE. I had drawn out the exact ring i wanted and had handed it to my now-fiance so when he was ready he can begin the process of getting it made. I had made it explicitly clear that i needed London Diamonds to make it - I have followed their account for years and i had zero doubt that the final product would be anything but perfect... which it was.

My fiance had a few chats with James who was super attentive and helpful and gave his professional opinion in a few instances which was appreciated.

The day finally came and i got proposed to with the most perfect ring! As I had designed the ring myself and had never seen it i was worried that the real thing wouldn't be as nice as i would've hoped but honestly it was better! The diamond is so clean and sparkly the two bands are the perfect width. My fiance and i couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had to go to see James in person as the ring needed resizing and the process was super straight forward and James was super professional and attentive and now i have the most perfect ring and couldn't be happier!
