Uplands Diner

Been coming to uplands diner for many moons.. never fails to deliver a superb breakfast or anything else you order from their most excellent menu, they have a halal section of foods too which shows how organized and up to date they are... the only reason I don't give 5 stars is that i can never gurantee to get a table as they are usually super busy which says all you need to know really...
Will be back again and again even though I'm clean eating..
And yes they do healthier options than your regular breakfast.. you could have avocado with poached eggs for example to a Welsh breakfast with lava bread and cockles... thinking about it more I should really give 5 stars...

Lush breakfast, this place never disappoints on that front. Lots of options and it's cooked well. The only reason this isn't a 5* post is the disappointing coffee (see pic) I asked for soy and was given a small jug of cold soya milk to add to a black coffee and it curdled. I took it back and asked the staff for another, with the soy milk warmed. They very kindly obliged but it curdled again. I suggest thet switch to a better brand. Husband had a milkshake (regular milk) and he really enjoyed it

We stayed a couple of doors away for the air show, had a lovely breakfast. Was greeted with a smile by a male member of staff. Other staff were very attentive and friendly. Full English Breakfast was delicious and just enough for me with small appetite, open kitchen, very busy chefs but very clean, hygiene was good. Will definitely return when in the area again.

Save your money .absolutely dreadful and a rip off .spent 20 plus pounds on breakfast. Since reopened it has put its prices up alot .and the portions are smaller.
Cheap sausages .tiny portion of beans .no toast with my husband breakfast .travelled for this .never again .was much better before they closed down and done phone orders only .then reopened with less tables .more chaos as all staff busy with phone and online orders .really gone DOWN HILLSIDE MONEY GO TOBY OR HARVESTER HALF THE PRICE

Very busy, nice food for price, pity one meal got a long delay and the kids had finished before our meals came out. Will go again, but may book a table.

Not been in for a while, pleasantly surprised. Service was good prices okay food tasted nice. No reall complaints. Worth popping in if your in the area for some standard food like pie sandwiches etc.

My husband had a roast dinner delivered to his work place.
Plus notes loads was so much was enough leftovers for me today.
Tasty gravy, beef mash and swede.
I did not try parsnips and roasts as he ate them.
However carrots and peas like bullets. Carrots tasted like not been peeled. Also so called pigs in blankets were 2 nasty smoky flavoured chipolatas no blankets in site.

As was 2 good portions good value but you wouldn't know this if not ordered before so £11 plus delivery for mediocre dinner not great
