On Friday evening my eighteen year old daughter attended your nightclub with her friends.
She had a had a little too much to drink, no different from most 18 year olds and you decided to ask her to leave .
Now whilst I appreciate your choice to do this , the way she was treated was disgusting and she was left on her own outside very distressed and vulnerable.
As a nightclub serving alcohol to young women it is your responsibility to ensure they are safe .
Your club & it’s bouncers had a moral obligation to ensure that my daughter had got into a cab safely at the very least
To abandon her as they did is not only dangerous but Immoral.
Fortunately, she did manage to get herself to safety thanks to a friend but if it had been left to your staff she could have ended up anywhere & in severe danger .
I could have been waking up the next morning not to a hungover eighteen year old feeling very sorry for herself but to a call from the police !!!!

Please can I ask that going forwards your staff are trained to actually look after vulnerable women (and men) when they have clearly drunk too much .
Rather than simply turf them out to be left in a dangerous situation .
Could they be trained to call a taxi or even their emergency contact in their phone and ensure they are safe .
If you are going to sell alcohol to these young people you should be taking some responsibility for them.

Good music choices, decor is generally pretty nice. Toilets are as gross as any club. I've not yet experienced problems with bouncers or staff, they've always been friendly to us, from personal experience.

I've seen other reviews mentioning it having, 'a young crowd', 'you will feel old if you're mid-twenties', etc.: I've not felt out of place or too old there, as a mid-twenty year-old, and when I've got into conversation with random people in the club, they've been my age or older.

Well... how do I begin...

I've been here numerous times. And the environment is always electric.

The 2nd floor is brilliant, however, it wasn't open the last time I visited.

Music choice is average (besides downstairs whereby it is far greater)

Drinks are fairly priced.

Security don't check women... so you can probably get away with some dodgy stuff ladies

Overall I'd say you get good value for money.

Full drinks being taken from the tables by cleaning staff. Happens every time I go there. Started last year on opening day and keeps continuing these days. Staff on the door not polite, treating people like animals. Shame as good music, one if the best in town.

Unbelievably rude and horrible staff, the man working the door man handled and assaulted my friend for absolutely no reason at all, I’m actually disgusted by this club
Kicked me out and left me own for absolutely no reason and a young female left on her own the club should’ve treated better, I will take this further the man who works on the door should absolutely not be able to have a job, and needs a lesson in respect and manners. Disgusting should be shut down

Last night was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at this club since going there on multiple occasions.

One of my friends was taken to welfare due to not feeling very well. She had two drinks and was in a state in which she shouldn’t have been after two drinks. The welfare team are meant to be first aid trained and help people if they are clearly unwell. Well this is not the case in trilogy. The welfare person left the room and left me the girl and two other friends unattended so that he could go and chat to his friends outside the door. How she felt was clearly not right and she needed to be checked over. When the welfare person was in the room he couldn’t care less he was just stood there watching as we are caring for the girl a lot more than what he was when he’s meant to be trained in this field.

We later went on to try get an ambulance called for this girl but was told we couldn’t and was sent to multiple different people and no one had an answer for us or they told us no. I think this is ridiculous and the staff clearly need re training. The security couldn’t care less and all they cared about was us leaving the club and not waiting for our friend. They then proceeded to let this girl leave in a taxi and not let her friends waiting know until we physically went up to the security guard and asked. I’m appalled at the way we were treated yesterday and I won’t be revisiting this club again.

They just kick people out for no reason. I talked to a bunch of people and the same has happened to them. Would not recommend this place as the drinks are overpriced and you can’t know for sure if you are even allowed for the whole night.

Probably the most enjoyable club in Southampton with 2 great rooms with consistently good music. The prices aren't great but not too bad, decent price for a club. The whole vibe is really nice and its rarely quiet.
