B&M Home Store with Garden Centre

This store has changed so much. If you shop there I would just put your head down and go to the section you need. The store is somewhat empty and the staff that are there have no sense or urgency, but I suppose if your stores a mess and such like you'd have no mojo too.

Walking round there was metal work strewn on the floor and prong ends empty. An accident waiting to happen. Food and drink hidden on aisles.it was as if it hadn't been closed down properly the night before.mid way through Saturday afternoon I'd get it but not 930 in the morning.

Maybe invest more in the people and you'd get more back.

Still some bargains if you look. Hopefully will get back to the way it was when it opened

A great shop that far bigger that you think with excellent service and so many bargains

Good place to shop alot of variety, lovely gifts to buy for Christmas, affordable children's toys.

Went online to find cluedo the child's boardgame, said online they are in stock in Ilkeston and Spondon, got there none of them had one. Why don't these people update their website. It was a waste of my time and petrol.

I used to like this store but find I can't get what I wanted on a few occasions . Good garden centre

Didn't have everything I wanted but very good shop general.

Seem to be ABIT pricey and half the stuff I bought for Christmas were broken or bits missing.. be careful with what you buy check before you buy
