B&M Store

It's fine, but not for 5 stars.
Spacious place, new... But some of the products don't have the price, it's a little messy and the offers are ok, but not a bargain.
Very busy and for this difficult to park (at least when we went) ;)

Usually love a shop in here, but a recent visit has left a sour taste in my mouth. A supervisor by the name of Kelly was moaning about other members of staff whilst walking down an aisle. Customers do not want to hear this and from what I could tell it was about something very trivial and childish. I do not believe this is how a member of staff in a position of seniority should be acting and has really put me off shopping here.

Ex employee,I use to work here at the time i was hired my lovely beautiful grandma passed away so i was in mourning and my greif was intense.
My first day there the supervisor asked me What would you like to be called Babe etc i said no i thought to muslf thats wrong.
We cleaned the shop which i was never told was apart of the job,
Another thing that happened was i remember another supervisor ( in the staff “break room “ on her mobile was showing staff pictures of previous B and M setups and how messy it got and how much she didnt like it.

They put me on bags then put me on tills i started having a panic attack so they hid me in the cleaning closet.
The company does not Does Not know how to deal with Mental health issues or people with greifI am disgusted with how i was treated.

Love it can basically get everything. Just the b&m near me don't have a food section witch is a down side (cold food)

A wide variety of products to choose from at discounted prices, I bought nice presents for friends and family there ready for Christmas, definitely worth having a browse.

They have some lovely bits for the home & reasonably priced. Very pleasant staff.

Ok store, not always well organised. Sometimes messy but can usually find what you need.

Great selection of everything, got some real bargains, took my Great Granddaughter with me & she was in her element spending her B&M vouchers.
