Surprising selection. I didn't expect there to be such a variety of things here, given the size of the shop.

Admittedly, it's not the kind of shop that first springs to mind when looking for something, but worth having a browse through, especially if you're wanting to get a gift for someone slightly eccentric.

This particular store is most definitely NOT pushchair friendly and the staff make sure you're aware but glaring at you when you dare to enter with one.
This is basically an oversized and well organised stock room. It may have all of the right craft items to make a really nice cat puppet but you most definitely wouldn't be able to swing it in there. The only draw is the price of the items and quality. I'd go to their online store though unless you're going to buy something very specific from their limited stock.

There is a girl who works here. I asked her to help us. She was treated badly, and I do not understand why. Me and my children and my wife we decided not to go back to buy in this shop as long as this girl works here. She is a bad girl. Description: bland hair, blue eyes and fit

A veritable Alladins cave! Very helpful staff

Went into store Thursday 29th November around 13.35 and was served by the lovely Catie, who was not only lovely, polite and helpful, but knew the stock of the shop well, so I was able to locate an item I'd bought months ago! The supervisor, a young man with glasses, was also lovely and helpful too, but I can't praise Catie enough. Shopping on the highstreet is something I mostly avoid as customer care is as extinct as the dodo! However, Catie, means there might be hope for the highstreet!

Reasonably friendly staff in Sutton but whilst I am able to buy the rare historical or biographical book here at moderate cost they no longer supply the quality history and fiction paperbacks they sold before around 2018. Lots of garish stationery, appalling greetings cards and craft tat of questionable quality. How does this chain continue to thrive?

Pick up some paints, brushes and other supplys. Nice store. If you are near Sutton, please check them out.
