Probably the nicest shop in Enfield , always a pleasure to browse , bargain books with a kids section at the back , plus craft and art bits , Very pleasant , well mannered and friendly and helpful staff -what's not to like :)

Great value for money. Has a great variety of stationery, books (adult's and children's), arts and crafts and more.. Really friendly, helpful staff.. Also have a reward card.

Great for finding books at cheap prices, does get too crowded during busy times and the layout of the store does not help. I find the toys are usually poor quality so probably best for arts and crafts as well as books.

The Works in Enfield is fantastic. A buzzy atmosphere, highly motivated, helpful, knowledgeable & friendly staff and extremely competitive prices versus its major online competitors & a dreadful competitor opposite the store! I would never have thought of shopping there but would now would highly recommend it. A rare gem in Enfield Town that puts other stores to shame.

Lots of crafts. very good prices. Shame that some of the products when they're gone they're gone. STAFF VERY HELPFUL. Nice atmosphere when you go in.

Awful service! Pouring rain rushed to catch before closing arrived 5.20pm. Told they are cashing up the till and not possible to buy balloon for a birthday. Went across to Card Factory to ask is it too late to purchase balloons they said no at all. So will not be purchasing anything again in The Works very disappointing!
