Good stock as always. one of the best stationery stores in the UK. Unfortunately there was noone to serve at the tills. Waited around for a while before I went knocking into the staff room where I got no response either. Was served eventually, shop assistant seemed really rushed off her feet. The shop does get busy even on a Sunday, so worth considering having 2 members of staff per shift

We generally pop into The Works a few times a month, they've got a good selection of pocket money toys & activities and the staff is always on hand & helpful. Prices are also very reasonable & the constant stock updates mean there is always something new to see.

I will start off by saying that just from entering the shop looks great, it is always clean and stock up well. Staff is always smiling and happy to help. I had few opportunities to talk to the manager Jess and I cannot talk high enough about her. You're really good at focusing on what customers need and require. You have a real instinct to understand your customers. Good work! Thank you

The staff here are absolutely brilliant. They are always helpful offering useful advise and helping to find the perfect gifts. The store is always clean and tidy, which considering the amount of stock on display must not be easy. My favourite art shop.

I use the works for all our arts and crafts, games and books! I buy multiple items when I go and put them away for each time were invited to a party! It's a great way of being organised too. Jess has been super generous yhis year and offered our local school items for our Xmas raffle. Thank you again! 😊
