Great prices on household and toiletries.

Some very generous discounts on branded items and a good price on in cheaper lesser known brands. I’ve bought a few of the cheaper ones and have found them to be of great quality and sometimes better than the branded versions.

Great dupes for expensive brands to be found.

Staff are bit moody and don’t always deliver service with a smile but the shelves are nearly always full, store is today and service is fast on the tills.
Really do make a saving in savers

Great customer experience and excellent prices. Downside, they may try to sell you perfume once you reach the till, but occasionally you see your favourite perfume is at a reduced price, aka Upselling.

I have been going to this shop for over 10 years on a regular basis. I have always found the staff friendly and professional. I had a very negative experience today, with two members of staff that are new to the shop. I used my own bag to carry my shopping to the till, which I consistently do, one of the staff members made a comment, and was making a big deal suggesting I was shoplifting. when communicating to both members of staff. Staff members were giggling and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I have raised this matter with head office. This extremely sad as I have always had a positive experience in the store.

Don’t deserve even 1 star. Yesterday I went to get 2 items from Savers and went straight to the till as I’m pregnant. I had my badge, people on the queue being so rude, Staff refused to serve me and send me at the back of the queue, which is absolutely unacceptable, rude and ridiculous. 😤 never had such a bad experience. Don’t recommend going and shopping there. Uneducated staff who don’t know their rules and they pretend to work at customers service, what a joke.. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
