Brilliant store can get very busy. Free parking. Lots of choices in household items etc

Queuing is always chaos. Today even the aisles were unmanaged with large boxes of stock blocking the path of shoppers and mothers with pushchairs. This place needs a supervisor on duty at the weekends to sort this out.

B&M store Beckton Triangle Park!!! All of you are amazing. Today we got few big pieces from the store and probably 5 staffs assisted us, with questions and assistance and price, first class customer service with a smile. All the way to the till. Best part is all of them are ladies and it's so empowering lifted big pieces and put them on trolley (they don't have to) and giving advise on furniture pieces. We just didn't manage to get names of you ladies. I'm definitely buying more from B&M, because service of this level would always be remembered. I hope the management look into this and compensate the staff well.

Good place not much stock just loads of full cages down the Isles no staff working on them at all, maybe that's why the shelves are empty.

A decent store with good pricing. There's free parking and disabled bays. A good variety of product and well stocked.

Beware of parking ticket trap, disabled parking spots not visible, almost disguising as parent and child parking. Otherwise lovely shop, with great selection of household items.

The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that most of the till staff on my visit was worried about who was going on break and not worried about serving the big queue of customers, we was being served and half way through the lady start talking to a colleague 2 tills away.

I took advantage of the late opening this week. There was not so many people and loved being able to focus on what was on the shelves. Lots of variety.
