It's true what they say, I went in for 1 thing and spent £70 on about 10 things I didn't need... Anyway the store layout is as expected, friendly staff. I've gave it four stars as I went in on the day that it was 35 degrees and they don't have Aircon or chairs for the cashier to sit on while they are on the tills. I felt so sorry for the lady that served me.

A wide array of choices at low prices. Some stock is seasonal so you may not see the same again for a while. Prices can be lower than similar items available at the nearby Asda

Store is always too warm, most of the staff don't know what personal hygiene or deodorant is for that matter, store smells of B.O majority of the time, the staff always look like its a chore to work there, never really smiles or speaks to passing by customers.

Although the products are always what I'm after and affordable, this store is extremely dated in terms of it's design. The store can often see. Quite disorganized in terms of stock being a mess too.

When you go to b&m more times in a week than I've been to the gym u know there is a problem lol.... but always has everything u need at great prices see you later no doubt

Big store, has more of a selection of items. Fairly priced options, staff are generally professional and want to help.
