I don't have a great use for this store but still it is good value and they offer a wide variety of home improvement items, clothes and even alcohol. It is what it is though, this isn't the place to go for high quality but it is certainly very good value for money.

If I could give this a no star rating I would just for the attitude and contempt of the store manager. If a person asks for your name for reference when wishing to contact head office you should give it. Also when asked for a policy it might be an idea to show it rather than telling the customer to 'google' it. Absolute disgusting behaviour.

I love it because you can buy anything. They have everything you can think of. I like that they sell instant noodles. The noodles are lovely

This store is quite off putting due to it being dark and dingy. The stock isn't amazing either. I did have a great experience with a blonde middle aged lady at the check out however as she was nice and friendly.

Im afraid I have had to put 1 star...a female shop assistant approached me seconds after a male shop assistant to let me know the shop was closing, my reply was Thank you, we are coming in a moment, the female stood within 2 metres away with an empty trolley, just standing waiting to follow us to the till, she made me feel very uncomfortable, she spoke to my Son, in a unfriendly tone, we responded by going down the 3rd aisle away from her, I looked behind me when I was half way down the aisle,to my surprise, the female was right behind me, I continued towards the till, I was waiting at the till when the female said in a loud tone, can you pay for your stuff as we wanna to go home! at this, I put my shopping down on a closed till & started to leave, but my Son wanted one of the items i was leaving behind, I turned to have another check for an open till...the cigarette counter was open ( I hadn't noticed the lady at this till ) the other till's where in the way & I was way to stressed to see her, I went & paid...I asked if the lady could write down the manager's name, the lady said that she couldn't do that! I asked if their was a manager I could speak to about this rude employee! The Lady called Laura the floor manager, this was a pointless move as Laura said with her arms out wide, we just want to go home! But this is not acceptable to speak to people like a dog, I feel very upset on how the rude female shop assistant spoke to my Son and myself, to my surprise the floor manager by the name of Laura didn't find anything wrong with her work colleagues behaviour!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will not be attending this store in future...EVER.

Sadly this store is closing. its a shame they have another store but out of town .sadly its rent and rates are too high like much of Redditch it unfortunate because its right by bus station and stocks a wide range of things. but like m and s Debenhams bhs it's closing Redditch is in rapid decline and dying .ok if you want a coffee a phone. A card or charity shops but otherwise give it a miss .the last few years its become not a nice place to shop

I'll give bnm 5 stars because I think they deserve it it's a good shop(I was gonna say little then but it aint)sells a lot of stuff at a not too bad a price.im always going in there while I'm bumming around waiting for my bus.so if ever your up around the kingfisher centre go in and peruse (if I've spelt that right) the isles.
