The Works

The staff are helpful and the selection of book was great but those stupid stickers plastered on them are a nightmare ! . We bought 10 books today for presents and when I got home I spent nearly an hour and a half trying to get them stickers off, unfortunately one book is now damaged and the rest have indents from my finger nails...... I Googled it and even tried a hairdryer, and still it was a nightmare, I think half of them can't be used for gifts now.
Why can't these stickers be made so they don't damage the books when removing ?
I don't think I'll buy anymore books here now for this reason, shame really......
