B&M Home Store with Garden Centre

The young lady that served us had missed the customer experience meeting ! .not engaging on the boarder of Rude. Left us awkwardly stood there while she cleaned some equipmentright in front of us ,with no ill be with u in a minute to let us know she had seen us
Nearly walked out and wished we had .
I asked for the way my wife wanted her hot chocolate, but it was not how she liked it and the lady made us feel like it was ourfault.
If you dont want to do the job dont do it !°!!!!.

B&M is the local store on my doorstep, Staff (mainly Kara and Mandy) are extremely helpful when going shopping with my ADHD toddler regularly! They go above and beyond to make my shopping trips as easy and meltdown free as possible, the polite and hardworking staff are a credit to the business even when things are not working as they should be etc. The store is well stocked with everything you could possibly think of and more!

Lots of stuff, from food and drink to homewares to plants to decorating gear - to tools - to kids toys, the list is pretty endless - can't imagine being able to leave without something!

Me and my friends got stalked by one of your employees in the store (Shelton mallet) she assumed we were going to steal even though we just wanted to shop, she assumed that because I was with my friend group. This is absolutely ridiculous behavior towards 6 innocent children so we would like this lady to be fired respectfully (she had bright blue eyeliner on the bottom of her eyes)

Brilliant shop however it's a shame people who aren't disabled take up the disabled spaces because they are too lazy to walk a bit further

Absolutely fantastic. Wide aisles. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovekt store layout. Massive store. Car park.

Good selection of goods for house & garden, plus loads of Christmas decorations & goodies at very competitive prices.

I have just been to B&M Shepton Mallet to buy 5 bags of coal the member of staff at the till was very rude. Obviously some customers services training is required. Most people who go to your store are not there to steal and shouldn't be made to feel that they are by members of staff. Reading other reviews this seems to be a reoccurring occurrence.
