B&M Home Store with Garden Centre

B&M DISCOUNT STORE corby not the biggest Store but carries a large cross section of what the larger stores have including a outside garden supplies area some of the grocery aisles at the front of the Store are close and tight if a few customers are shopping in the same aisle not till you get well instore is there more room to stop and check the shelfs and goods staff are helpful and friendly but are busy about the Store. The carpark is not large but a few mobility parking bays are by the Storefront with some p/child parking at the side of the building.

Everything with this store is fine until you go to check out. Having returned items on two occasions you are made to feel like such a nuisance and get eye rolled and so on. On this occasion it took us over half an hour to return some lights and made to feel awful as a customer as everything always seems to be a problem and it’s as if the colleagues don’t know how to return items and huff every time they have to call because something goes wrong. So 100% this stores customer service needs improving on and training needed.

Found some products I wanted online which suggested there was plenty in stock. After spending 20 minutes to locate the items, I could find them. Waited in a long queue to finally speak to a member of staff who then told me there was none in stock and to disregard there stock levels online.

Very big a lot to offer food clothes xmas stuff +usual b&m stuff always good value for money

We like B&M, unfortunately they didn't have the cold coffee we were looking for and I'm not paying £2!, yes £2 for a little carton...
Anyway, I did however, manage to spend around £33 on other stuff that I wasn't looking for 😂. Good result 👏

Normally when I go to this store it is so unorganised but to my surprise it was lovely and neat and tidy. I did tell the manager my findings.

Brilliant Store, Sells everything from Homeware, furniture, Mirrors, Canvas Pictures. Great for toys, Garden Cenre, Staff are Super Friendly 👌
