Wheelchair accessible through electronic opening double doors. The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. Being later in the day, the shop was fairly quiet (close to closing time), the woman behind the till who'd served me noticed I have physical disabilities and low vision so not only offered to pack my shopping for me as she scanned it, she then asked me if I'd wait a moment, checked with her supervisor it was ok for her to leave the shop, then pushed the trolley with all my shopping in it (which she realised, for me, would be too difficult to carry) down Mincing Lane, (the lane two shops down then opposite) and all the way too the bottom to where the taxi would be picking me up from. Staff really do go out of their way to help all of their customers.
