B&M Store

Amazing change in staff attitude towards customers at B and M Pwllheli. Staff used to be very abrupt and offish. I always came out of the shop feeling low. Wow. On the last two recent occasions every member of staff made an effort to look at me in the face and smile(I hope it's not because I look odd 😀). I found them very approachable and helpful. They seem to be happier in their work as a team too. Now,when I need household goods or other domestic products (they have a good range of useful products and items to buy as presents) I think of B and M first. When customers are met with a smile it brightens their day. It did mine. And customers need to reciprocate. Smiles are infectious and can lead to bouts of laughter 🙂

A excellent variety of items from food to home decor. Friendly staff. Not everything is priced though, if it was I might buy more.

Good value for money, but they were out of stock of some products.

The shop itself is good and massive but the parking people are not their heartless , fined my disabled mother because she was 2 slow walking around this massive store , I contacted them to say she took 10 minutes longer than the 1 hour parking allowance because she is disabled, I appealled it and was told the fact she has a blue blade doesn't mean that she's is except from the fine , this is disgusting and basically profiting off a Disabled person

Has a good store cupboard selection as well as chilled food. I go there for the mini tins of coconut milk, 3 for £1. Just right amount. Has garden, bird, pet food section with low prices.
Easy to park and trollies are free.
Loses a star for often having only one checkout open even if long queue and rather grumpy staff.

Well love B & M this store is clean and tidy and well stocked the prices are great to got a jar of Nescafe coffee 900g jar for £4.49 I usually pay £8.99 so am very happy if you keep a look out you can find some great bargains.
The staff are always helpful and the store is clean and tidy
