Thank you to your two young female assistants who helped us today with purchasing a patio table and chair set. They assisted us in the store and with loading into our car which wasn’t an easy task. They were both so pleasant and willing. Well done, we were so grateful.

Dogs only allowed in if they are in a trolley.
Member of staff Claire was wonderful, found a trolley for me and cardboard to go in the bottom.
I had walked into town, but was able to browse the store making note of everything I wanted to go back in and make my purchases.
It is wonderful to know I don’t have to leave my dog at home, and she can enjoy the experience again.

Car park spaces desperately need re-sizing, if you want a damaged door this is the place to go.

The store itself is quite large and has the usual B&M supplies, finding a trolley or basket is a mission tho!

Store is ok. A decent mix of products from homeware to garden to food.

I was very disappointed to find there was no hand sanitizer at the entrance. According to a member of staff they "don't do that anymore". COVID hasn't gone away guys, and there are still those of us that value that added safety when we enter a shop.

Most of it's items seem to be made in China. I won't buy from a country that has complete control of it's people. No real freedom. And it contributes to China's economy, outstripping ours. Still it's cheap so people will buy. Shame.

I called on on Monday evening, went to the tills and a staff member came from outside and jumped on a till, when she served me, she absolutely stank of stale cigarettes, such a strong smell, I assume she had been outside for a smoke break, do they not get told to wash their hands before serving customers and handling their items? Disgusting to smell that bad whilst at work and dealing with customers. Dont know her name only that she was a ginger haired lady. Wont be going back to this store anytime soon

The Carpark is a free for all, Bays are tiny.
If you own anything larger that a Mini then it's best to park in the adjacent Morrisons Carpark as the bays are much larger.
The shop itself is full of cheap "Value" tat.
Probably OK if you have a limited budget but nothing in there of good quality.
