Garden Centre.... An Absolute Disgrace! Not sure what's happened in this store recently as 90% of the plants for sale in the garden centre are dead, the rest are heading the same way. Looks and feels like none of the 1000's of plants have seen a single drop of water since delivery........ might help if you connected the sprinkler system and turned it on daily.

Thankfully their are several other amazing garden centres and nurseries within the vale where I can purchase well cared for healthy plants from knowledgeable staff.

I was 1 of several people shocked by the state that we saw, all who left with out purchasing any plants.

A great store with plenty of parking space and lots to choose from. Items are fairly priced and they sell some beautiful stuff here both inside the shop and in the outside garden area. Staff and friendly with great customer service skills.

Good shop and right by burger king and KFC so always good to visit around lunch time, winner winner Chicken dinner! 😋. Like everywhere else though, the price hike has started to hit their prices 🥺

Not a bad shop. Not as cheap as it used to be, not just with prices going up but in comparison to the main supermarkets too. We tend to now only go there for the dog treats and then maybe walk out with something else too, like a bottle of bleach, usually just because we forgot to buy it in Asda.

The garden centre is often a let down, especially at winter. I don't expect to find summer plants there in winter but evergreens exist and could easily fill the many empty racks.

As I say, not a bad shop. There is a big variety in store and with the lack of stores for things like tools and household 'knick knacks' in Barry, and with a big car park there, it can be a good place to go to grab something quickly or to browse if you're bored enough.

I recently visited the B&M store with a garden center and was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of products they had available. The store was clean and well-organized, and the staff were helpful and friendly. I was able to find everything I needed for my garden at great prices. The garden center section had a wide variety of plants, including some hard-to-find varieties. I was also impressed by the quality of the plants. Overall, a great shopping experience.
