B&M Store with Garden Centre

It's a really good store, well stocked and tidy. Really frustrating though when there are very long queues and only two people on tills even though they've got about 4 or 5 checkouts. Stood for 15 minutes just to buy 2 items last week. Puts me off going there.

Range of items is good, but think some "customer care" training would improve things a great deal.

Big store selling a variety of items. Good choice and value for money. Friendly staff.

A great bargain shop that sells everything from food, chocolate, decorating, plants and garden stuffs, lighting, clothing, home decor and toys, books, etc plus seasonal goodies.
Wide aisles, though do watch out for the baskets of offers stuck in the middle of them. Sometimes hard to navigate with a trolley in tow.
Well lit, friendly staff and some great bargains. But be aware not all the prices are cheaper than elsewhere. Parking is adequate and free.
Only thing that frustrates me and I find off putting is the lack of staff on the tills. Only 2 manned tills and massive queues for both when I went today.

Just been to get everything we needed for the grandkid's advent boxes. Did it in one hit. Thank you, B&M.
