Always come back to B in Swansea, a great shop. I wish it modernised a bit more - it needs more space. I feel there are always too many kitschy items in display on the back. I prefer the braid selection of cleaning products rather than dated Chinese made plastic items in back. Just get it right. Entry is claustrophobic, it scares me off instead of inviting me. It is awfully cluttered.

Plenty of choice at good prices. Staff helpful and knowledgeable (when you can find one). Usually car parking available (2 hours free) but you may become gridlocked at busy times.

Brilliant sized well stocked store. Staff are really friendly and helpful there is plenty more on offer. As expected, it is a discount store so prices are very very good.

Older lady (apologies) on the tills last Monday 16th Jan 2023. Top notch customer service. She was so friendly! Please if there any any scheme to recognise her worth within B&M stores, she deserves it.

The b and m shop is good usual stuff quite a big store. Be careful in the car park it is now only 2 hours free parking even if you move from one car park to another it still counts and it is £60 if you pay within 28 days just keep an eye on the time. It should be pay to park at least you know it is paid

Love this place to bits!!! I also hate it!!! lol! I always end up adding a FEW extra things to my trolley and end up spending more than I wanted to.......I'm like a shopaholic in there (I suddenly become my wife lol). If B&M havnt got what you need, you don't need it!

Not a review. Trying to find the very nice lady who was flirting with me in the electrical section. She was looking for a 12 volt adapter and asked for my advice. Blonde. 5ftv2 ish. Burgandy jumper. I forgot to ask for your number. Hope to hear from you. Rich
