What! Stores Aberaman

Incredibly rude staff. We saw 2 empty cardboard boxes on the shop floor and took them with us to use. Before leaving we asked a member of staff if they had anymore cardboard boxes out the back we could have. The woman was very rude saying "no, we don't give them out" and told us we had to leave the ones we were carrying.

I contacted head office after to ask about this who told me that member of staff is completely in the wrong. Head office staff said they encourage employees to be as helpful as possible to customers and if customers ask for empty cardboard boxes, then there is no reason staff can't accommodate for this.

They said they'd be having words with her over the coming week.

I won't be back.

Bought a bed £439. Headboard and footboard added 8 inches to bed, not included in dimensions of bed, consequently the bed wouldn’t fit in a small bedroom. Tried to return and was refused. Can categorically say my extended family and I will never shop at this store ever again. Don’t buy from these people, they’re happily take your money and issues though your on your own!! Avoid avoid avoid!!!!

Brilliant shop it's got a bit of everything there ,great crafts section tho would be nice to see a good ribbon selection and more blanks option like engraving blanks and boxes etc other than that it's an excellent shop

Such a large store, a great variety of goods, the best part of all is the prices, went in for a browse around £49-00 later, say no more. Haha.

I love popping in this store and having a good look around there is always something that you need in this store . Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I know this is a cheap shop but the state of the place is disgusting,from the outside through all the inside. It's about time they spent some of their money on themselves. Not a nice place to visit.

Freezing cold store. Half empty shelves and loads of damaged stock on display. Walked away to shop elsewhere
