I have had a strange feeling that the shop is just for short visit and you need just to grab something inexpensive and go. I have not found what i was looking for ( drapes hungers) ) the shop is not offering a special experience that you find the prices for the wanted products. I’m still confused about what is alternative for? I must study the profile of the shop to understand better what is it for looks more of a neighbourhood store full merchandise but still need to get to another shop for your specific shopping. Not what I expected. Small parking even I was first in the morning looks almost full.

Still loads of great bargains.
So much stuff for the house and the pantry.
Prices are brilliant and the stuff they sell is pretty good.
Costs nowt to visit Home Bargains but I assure you that you will buy something 😜😜

Staff are all pleasant

I come here occasionally for a few bulk items that are cheaper here but always have a look around. It's great for hair products and bathroom essentials like toothpaste, bath salts, shower gel etc. You can even pick up a shower curtain fot around £5.

The only downsides are some of the other customers who, without provocation have mouths like sewers and eyes that could stab you with one ice cold piercing glare, and one or two members of staff, who have similar icy stares... and would rather talk across you to the other cashier about how p1ssed they were the previous night than actually serve you.

But overall its not bad. Just avoid eye contact. Or wear armour.

I love Home Bargains. I tend to go in for one thing and come out having spent £100. You can get everything from home wear to toys to food.
The staff are always really friendly too, which is a bonus.
