Decent customer service however they advertise that they give armed forces personal a 10% but what they do not tell you is that you have to sign up to there card scheme to get this 10% which is disgusting.

Not the best of this chain store I had ever been too to be honest. Not very tidy, lots of empty shelves and staff a bit haphazard. Its one of those places you might be lucky an bag a bargain buy more likely come out with some tat you didn't really need.

I used to look in the factory store in Brecon Powys Wales all the time at the bedding. But the female manageress and a male department manager said I'm not aloude in the store anymore. I have not stollen anything yet I'm banned. Just looking at the deals damn I'm not aloud in, and I thought I was a good costumer. I mean looking at the better deals, and because of that I'm not aloud Inn.

Superb for garden ornaments and bulbs ect,I go from Neath, as many times as I can,when needing things I know they have.... clothes can get a bit pricey,but other things are reasonable....staff are HAPPY TO HELP.too.😁👍

Lots of Christmas decorations, reasonably priced and good choices of gift sets, Home wares upstairs great colours and choices, fabulous cushions and different colours. Clothes choices really low and poor quality,
