First time in heron Friday tea time. The man staff in the Isle came past me and leant up to shelf in front of me didn't even say excuse me, bad manners. When I got to the till the young girl didn't even try to help me with shopping. Gave her the money and the way she handed the change to me the money dropped after me looking upset at her she picked it up. Not welcoming warm staff at all won't be going there again....... management should send people in to shop and report back. They will lose the shop customers.......and money etc

Good for bargains in the current financial climate. But limited selection. Worth a visit if your trying to save money.

Me and every other person that was at the counter waiting to pay just got numbers shouted at us. No hello. No thanks, goodbye, nothing apart from 309 how people like that get jobs is beyond me LOL

Good selection of everyday items and the prices are reasonable too. I have always found the staff to be helpful and pleasant.

Lots of little heard of brands plus some famous names cheaper than main supermarkets.Always speedy checkout friendly staff.
